The Pannu Advisory Independence Charter.
Independence is easy to claim and hard to prove. These are the commitments we publish and hold ourselves to — the reason our advice can be trusted on your side of the table.
In short
- No developers to sell.
- No technology to push.
- No hidden vendor commissions.
- No commercial incentive to increase your development scope.
Seven principles, published and permanent.
Each principle is a constraint on how we operate — and each is what makes independent advice meaningful rather than marketing.
We Do Not Sell Development
Pannu Advisory does not sell software development services or development resources. Our revenue does not depend on building the software we advise on.
No Technology Bias
We do not recommend Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, React, Flutter or any other technology because we happen to have resources available in that stack. Technology recommendations follow the business requirement.
No Hidden Vendor Commissions
We do not accept undisclosed commissions for recommending a software development vendor.
Conflicts Are Disclosed
Any material commercial relationship that may create a conflict is disclosed to the client.
Requirements Before Recommendations
We define the business and technical requirement before recommending architecture, vendors or commercial models.
Evidence Over Claims
Vendor claims regarding completion, performance, security, scalability or effort are assessed against measurable criteria wherever practical.
Client Retains Final Choice
Pannu Advisory advises. The final vendor and investment decision belongs to the client.
Independence you can hold us to.
If a technology decision is coming, an independent, vendor-neutral view is a short conversation away.
